New York Stock Exchange Corporate Governance

Aris Mining commenced trading on the New York Stock Exchange on February 19, 2026. The NYSE Listed Company Manual permits Aris Mining to follow certain home country corporate governance practices instead of those otherwise required by the NYSE Listed Company Manual for domestic issuers.
